IPCP Residential will target assets in secondary markets with strong fundamentals and demographics that support multifamily investment throughout a typical economic cycle. Potential acquisitions will provide a supportable business plan, with a focus on defensive assets that provide an ability to increase NOI and sustain attractive current returns throughout the intended hold period.
